Have your legs ever felt heavy after a hard strength training workout or after a long run? This is usually the result of post-exercise metabolic waste produced by your muscles as well as accumulation of lymphatic fluid. This is where NormaTec recovery comes in. NormaTec is an advanced air compression system that accelerates recovery time by improving oxygen and blood to muscles while circulating lymphatic fluid for improved immune function.
Backed by research and designed by a physician/bioengineer, NormaTec uses dynamic compression (pulsing) to mimic the muscle pump of the legs. The system accelerates the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the legs, while preventing fluid backflow using hold pressures.
